SunCast is seeking a hands-on Director of Business Operations to build and run the systems, workflows, and operating discipline that support our content, advisory, and community businesses. Working closely with the CEO and President, you will turn business priorities into executable plans, manage cross-team handoffs, manage delivery capacity, and partner with Finance to understand project economics. This is a function-building role in a small, growing, entrepreneurial company: you will personally implement improvements while helping leadership make sound decisions about priorities, resources, and growth.
