Jeff Zwijack is the Associate Director of Energy Storage at Clean Energy Associates (CEA), where he supports buyers in selecting reliable suppliers and ensuring high product quality and safety in battery energy storage systems. Before joining CEA, Jeff led the application engineering and sales team at IHI Terrasun Solutions, helping design proposals for over 11 GWh of energy storage projects and securing more than 1 GWh in contracts. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
Kathleen McCaffery - McCaffery Consulting and Training
Kathleen McCaffery is the Founder of McCaffery Consulting and Training, where she supports renewable energy companies in improving fire safety readiness and emergency response coordination. Prior to launching her consultancy, she served as Tesla’s Global Fire Liaison, leading fire safety strategies for Tesla Energy and bridging communication with fire services worldwide. Kathleen spent 28 years with Fairfax County Fire & Rescue, retiring as Battalion Chief, and held senior roles at the National Counterterrorism Center, where she co-founded the Joint Counterterrorism Assessment Team. She was also a longtime member of the elite USA-1 Urban Search and Rescue team. Kathleen holds a Master’s in Public Administration from George Mason University.
