We’re going to cover staffing up the clean energy workforce considering all of the current state and federal funding flowing into clean energy. It will have a specific focus on building an inclusive workforce and the importance of building out a peer mentoring network to support those newer to the industry and allow for the sharing of institutional knowledge from industry veterans.
